As a leader, practices like meditation and visualization can help you mentally prepare for transitions and approach them with a positive mindset. These tools foster inner stability, allowing you to maintain a sense of calm even in turbulent times – and to confidently guide your team through periods of transformation.

In my coaching sessions, I provide professionals and leaders with breathwork and mindfulness techniques to manage stress effectively and rediscover a sense of ease in their work. Through reflective dialogue and mindfulness practices—such as meditation, breathwork, and visualization—I support you in re-evaluating your priorities and gaining clarity on what truly matters. These techniques are valuable not only in your personal life but also in high-pressure professional situations, helping you stay grounded and make thoughtful, well-informed decisions.

Together, we’ll define your personal strengths profile and core brand message. In a safe and supportive space, we’ll practice effective communication with leaders and colleagues. You’ll learn how to navigate conflicts with confidence and advocate for your goals clearly and assertively. 

You’ll learn to let go of outdated thought and behavior patterns – and empower yourself to move forward with confidence. 

You’ll receive practical techniques to take good care of yourself and maintain your well-being over the long term – without losing sight of your goals.

What Does the Coaching Process Look Like?

Each coaching journey is uniquely tailored to the needs of the individual. That’s why the process can vary depending on your goals and current situation. However, it typically follows these five key steps: 

1. Clarifying Your Needs

In an initial conversation, we’ll explore your current concerns and clarify what you hope to achieve through coaching. We’ll also determine the scope of the process – including the number of sessions, the time intervals between them, and the duration of each session.  

This first meeting also gives us the chance to get to know each other and see if I’m the right coach for you.

2. Defining Your Goal

Together, we’ll define a clear and realistic goal for the coaching process. Based on experience, it’s normal for your goals to evolve as we move forward – and we’ll remain flexible to that.

3. Initial Planning & Implementation

We’ll co-create a practical plan to help you reach your goal. This plan will include a variety of coaching methods and tools designed to bring clarity, focus, and calm to your journey – while supporting sustainable change step by step.

4. Feedback & Milestones

Throughout the process, we’ll regularly review your progress and celebrate intermediate successes. These sessions also create space for open feedback and reflection.

5. Completion & Reflection

In our final session, we’ll reflect on your development and experiences throughout the coaching. We’ll also discuss next steps or strategies that can support your continued growth. In general, coaching is designed to conclude once your goal has been reached – though of course we can begin a new process if another topic arises.

What Coaching Is Not

Coaching is not therapy. Unlike therapy, coaching does not focus on processing traumatic experiences or treating psychological disorders. Instead, coaching is about developing skills (such as self-reflection) and creating behavioral change in order to achieve a self-defined goal — for example, related to personal or professional growth.  

Furthermore, coaching is not about giving advice or offering ready-made solutions. A coach will not tell you what to do. Rather, coaching supports you in finding your own answers through targeted questions, feedback, and proven coaching techniques. The focus lies on unlocking your potential and helping you grow through your own insights and strengths.
