Meetings funktionieren noch. Aber danach reden die Leute nicht mehr miteinander. Produktivit\u00e4t leidet. Die Situation ist festgefahren. Diese Konflikte sind selten laut \u2013 aber ihre Wirkung ist \u00fcberall sp\u00fcrbar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col-12 col-sm-auto is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div id=\"greyd-6a0e761a4fba3\" class=\"wp-block-greyd-box gs_0psQiS greyd-content-box gs_0psQiS\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#009273;font-size:18px;font-weight:700\">06 \u2013 Widerstand oder fehlende Motivation f\u00fcr Ver\u00e4nderung im Team<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;line-height:1.75\">Die Ver\u00e4nderung ist beschlossen. Aber das Team zieht nicht mit. Widerstand ist selten B\u00f6sartigkeit. Meistens ist es Angst. Bis sie eskalieren, bis jemand k\u00fcndigt, bis ein Team auseinanderf\u00e4llt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.75\">Was das kostet, l\u00e4sst sich selten sauber beziffern. Aber es ist real: Produktivit\u00e4tsverlust, Fehlzeiten, K\u00fcndigungen, Recruiting-Kosten, der Energie-Overhead den ein schwelender Konflikt jeden Tag erzeugt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.75\">Dazu kommt das was sich nicht messen l\u00e4sst \u2013 das Vertrauen das verloren geht. Und das am schwersten zur\u00fcckzugewinnen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:italic;line-height:1.75\">Ich begleite Organisationen nicht weil Konflikte schlimm sind. Sondern weil ungel\u00f6ste Konflikte ein Designproblem sind. Und Designprobleme haben L\u00f6sungen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"greyd-6a0e761a524b8\" class=\"wp-block-greyd-box gs_7VanZt greyd-content-box gs_7VanZt\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das richtige Format f\u00fcr die konkrete Situation.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.75\">Konfliktmanagement und Mediation sind nicht dasselbe \u2013 und nicht jede Situation braucht dasselbe Format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.75\">Konfliktberatung ist sinnvoll wenn Spannungen noch nicht eskaliert sind. Ich helfe dabei zu verstehen was wirklich hinter dem Konflikt steckt, wie Eskalation vermieden wird und welche n\u00e4chsten Schritte m\u00f6glich sind. Das kann ein einmaliger Termin sein \u2013 oder eine kurz- bis mittelfristige Begleitung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.75\">Mediation ist ein strukturierter Prozess f\u00fcr Konflikte die bereits eskaliert sind oder bei denen eine eigenst\u00e4ndige Einigung nicht mehr m\u00f6glich scheint. Ich arbeite als neutrale Dritte \u2013 ohne Partei zu ergreifen, ohne Entscheidungen vorzugeben.
